BGM Finder Online collects anonymous operational metrics to monitor service health and search accuracy:

• Whether an audio match succeeded or failed
• Whether the vocal separation model was used
• Number of segment rescans requested per session
• Anonymous user thumbs up or down feedback
• Job execution timestamp and processing duration

Data We Do Not Collect

• No IP Storage: IP addresses are never saved in persistent search databases
• No URL Retention: Video URLs are not linked to user identities or kept permanently
• Automatic File Deletion: Uploaded media and temporary audio slices are purged from memory within 30 minutes
• No Accounts: We do not require logins, passwords, or cross-site tracking cookies

Third-Party Services

Our service queries standard audio fingerprint databases (such as Apple Shazam) to match acoustic signatures and display verified song titles.

Data Retention

All uploaded clips and temporary working files are purged from volatile server memory (/dev/shm) within 30 minutes of query completion.
