Service Description

BGM Finder Online is an AI utility designed to identify background music in video clips using acoustic fingerprints and vocal separation. The service is provided on an as-is basis for discovery purposes without warranties.

Fair Usage Policy

• Rate Limits: Reasonable per-session limits apply to preserve GPU and server capacity for all users
• Upload Limits: Maximum file upload size is 25MB (supported formats: MP3, WAV, MP4, M4A, AAC, WebM, FLAC)
• Segment Windows: Audio analysis runs on targeted segments (up to roughly 60 seconds)
• Prohibited Use: Automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, and bot floods are prohibited

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All song titles, artist names, album art, and streaming links belong to their respective copyright owners. BGM Finder Online does not host, distribute, or pirate full-length commercial tracks.

Affiliate Disclosures

Some outbound streaming links (such as Apple Music or Amazon Music) may contain standard affiliate codes that generate small commissions to help offset server and GPU costs, at no additional cost to you.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of BGM Finder Online after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
